The Growth team is a vital and strategic team which maximises revenue to ensure the sustainability of Healios in providing quality care and improving access for young children and their families

THE OPPORTUNITY

The NHS Partnerships Manager will deliver the annual revenue budget for the UK for a cluster of Accounts. You will work to maximise revenue of the Healios service within the healthcare sector of your cluster, working with decision makers in NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Boards, local governments and third-sector organisations to promote the work and services and value of partnerships with Healios. Business development is also a key part of this role.

  • Deliver the UK annual revenue budget for your cluster/region through a combination of organic growth and new business development
  • Ensure each account is fully optimised and regularly sending referrals at the agreed rate
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships on behalf of Healios with our customers to sustain and grow our business.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure that demand and supply are closely aligned
  • Work with key stakeholders in Healios to ensure service lines are sustainable and the customer feels the quality of our service lines
  • Understand the needs of the market to inform the business on trends and needs of the customer to allow us to stay relevant in our markets

To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • A results orientated highly-motivated ambitious person with a can-do attitude, who enjoys the challenges of revolutionary change within a market
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and deliver multiple complex revenue projects
  • A strong understanding of the changing NHS landscape and a demonstrable track record of partnering with the NHS.
  • Good level of stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Ability to represent Healios in successful pitches and tenders
  • Travel in the UK to support your Accounts in developing the customer relationship with face to face meetings
  • Attendance at relevant briefings and conferences
  • Travel as required for team collaboration
  • Demonstrate a culture of openness and collaboration across the team and ensure effective working within the Growth team and wider Healios organisation.
  • Accomplished at reporting data to inform decision making and prioritisation

As part of our pre-employment checks, all employees of Healios will be asked to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Dependent on your role within the business, this will either be an Enhanced or Basic. A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check will be required. You will also be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.
