CLINICAL LEAD - MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE

POSITION: Permanent, Full Time (part time may be considered)

LOCATION: Home based

SALARY: £55,000 - £65,300 per annum

OUR TEAM

The Clinical Leadership team is made up of highly experienced individuals from a range of clinical backgrounds. Collectively, the team have responsibility to maximise clinical outcomes and effectiveness across all of Healios’ clinical activities through clinical support and quality assurance processes; staff training and development; and service improvement initiatives.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Clinical Lead will be able to evidence a high level of knowledge and expertise in the specific clinical area alongside a high level of commitment to service development. You will have responsibility and accountability for the delivery of a safe and high quality service. The Clinical Lead will drive best practice and continuous improvement including embedding new, innovative solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that staff within the team have high quality supervision and training, ensuring consistent high quality assessments and treatment for the children and families we engage with. Collaboration and flexibility are essential elements of the work.

To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:

  • Clinical qualification and registration as a Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Nurse, Speech and Language Therapist, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist

  • Trained supervisor - Hold a certificate in clinical supervision with a minimum of 1 year delivering clinical supervision

  • Certified in pathway clinical diagnostic tools or interventions relevant to specialism - ADI-R, ADOS-2, RAADs, CBT, Family Based Therapy, Family Intervention etc.

  • Role model in taking highly technical and/or clinically sensitive information and converting it to clear, easily interpreted information for clients, their families and other professional colleagues both within Healios and external partners

  • 3 years minimum experience of delivering pathway specialism

  • Excellent organisational skills able to work to tight timelines and deliver against agreed priorities

PRE- EMPLOYMENT CHECKS

As part of our pre-employment checks, all employees of Healios will be asked to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Dependent on your role within the business, this will either be an Enhanced or Basic. A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check will be required. You will also be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.
