Clinical Governance Administrator

Job Description

POSITION: Permanent, Full time

LOCATION: Fully remote (some travel from time to time for team meet ups)

SALARY: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

OUR TEAM

The Clinical Governance Team is central in driving and supporting clinical excellence, compliance and assurance; continuously improving the quality of our services and safeguarding high standards of care. This means we can continue to deliver an exception service and improve peoples lives.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This post is pivotal as part of the Clinical Governance team to support all aspects of Clinical Governance. By providing the day to day delivery of the Quality Assurance, Compliance work and Safeguarding & Clinical Risk Management programmes, including the support of sound clinical practices, continuous improvement of services, incident & complaints management, lessons learning culture and overall quality improvement.

To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:

    • Experience of working within a Clinical Governance environment utlising frameworks for patient safety, incident /complaint management, Policy management and Risk register management.
    • Experience of collating and interpreting data and presenting data in a variety of formats to multiple stakeholders.
    • Experience of providing Quality and Governance business support to senior leaders and managing relationships between senior professionals.
    • Highly skilled communication to be able to support complex, technical and clinically sensitive information to clients, their families and carers, within and outside an NHS setting.
    • A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children.
    • Experience of supporting to DCB 0129 & 0160 compliances -this is desirable.
    • Utilising PSIRF and HQIP frameworks - this is desirable.
    • Wifi connection. Minimum of 2 mbps up and download speed.

As part of our pre-employment checks, all employees of Healios will be asked to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Dependent on your role within the business, this will either be an Enhanced or Basic. A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check will be required. You will also be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.
