As a Grants Delivery Manager, you’ll be helping our delivery team extend an excellent service to our repertoire of cutting-edge clients, gaining a deep understanding of the competitions we work with as you go, and supporting the team to maximise our delivery process.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Interfacing between clients and our delivery teams to ensure compelling grant applications narratives are created and delivered by multi-functional teams to tight deadlines
• Creating project timelines to ensure our exceptional grant consultancy services are delivered with momentum and engagement from internal and external teams to the highest possible standards
• Supporting the edit, design, and formatting of written content of innovation grant material from a wide range of sectors
• Updating the CRM, answering emails, attending client and internal meetings, support the team in delivering grant applications
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain an eye for detail on complex proposals
• Identifying and developing processes and materials to assist delivery for a range of grants services

Requirements

• Project Management experience preferably in an Agile environment
• Comfortable working with a remote team, on multiple projects
• Experience in high pressure situations, working to tight deadlines
• Previous experience in a client facing role or account management role where you have delivered exceptional customer service
• STEM subject knowledge acquired professionally or through personal interests
• Experience in executing and maintaining successful client retention strategies, preferably within the Financial Services and/or Tech space

Desired

• Experience working in a similar role for at least 1 year in a dynamic start-up or scale up environment
• Understanding of OKRs
• Familiarity with CRM, and project management software (Pipedrive / Notion are our go to tools)
• Familiarity in R&D Tax Credits or innovation grants
