💰 Realistic £65k OTE (Base plus bonus)

🗓️ Mon - Fri only - no weekend working or wearing suits !!

📍Based 3 days per week in our London office, the other 2 days remote/wfh

• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! 💚

The Opportunity:

• 360 sales role, where you will be identifying customer needs, demonstrating our range of products and services, to ultimately close the deal.
• Building and nurturing an industry network
• Identifying solutions which will enable customers to overcome industry challenges that are preventing them from achieving business objectives
• Contributing towards marketing strategies, attending key events, gaining a reputation as a thought leader within the property industry, ensuring our product roadmap is aligned with customer goals/challenges

What we need from you:

• Proven success in closing B2B sales, constantly hitting/exceeding targets
• Experience as Lettings Branch Manager or similar would be highly desirable
• Motivated by clear targets with the ability to stay motivated and resilient even under pressure

• Comfortable working in a fast paced, autonomous environment.
