Job Description

📍 Location - Based 2 days per week in our Lincoln office, the other 3 days remote with once a quarter visit to our London office (travel paid)

  • Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! đź’š

The Opportunity:

  • Working with current customers to analyse their current product use whilst looking for opportunities to support their overall proposition
  • Following an FCA-compliant sales process to promote the value of our product to new customers
  • Working with the wider insurance and customer success teams to identify further opportunities
  • A competitive environment where success is measured against sales performance, customer satisfaction and your ability to follow regulated processes

What we need from you:

  • Proven success in closing B2B sales both up-selling and cross-selling
  • Ability to establish rapport and trust with customers quickly and efficiently over the phone (and in some cases, face-to-face)
  • Target driven mentality with the ability to stay motivated and resilient even under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, autonomous environment.
