📍 Location - hybrid at our office in East London 2 days a week, the rest from home

❗You must have some experience of working in a B2B marketing role

💻This is not an entry level role, and would really suit a second or third jobber!

• We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution 🏠
• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! 💚

The Opportunity:

• Successfully manage and execute complex, end-to-end, B2B marketing campaigns that deliver results measured in MQL & SAO, pipeline created, and Tenancies converted by sales team.
• Full ownership of the email marketing strategy, concentrating on new business and nurture campaigns
• Work alongside manager and agency on paid advertising to drive traffic to the Goodlord website.
• Work closely with other members of the marketing team to collaborate on events, webinars, trade shows, content marketing, product launches, and customer marketing.

What we need from you:

• You have solid experience working in B2B marketing
• Demonstrable track record of measurable success in growing the pipeline using innovative campaigns.
• A data-driven approach to campaign success.
• Exceptional writing skills to develop creative and effective campaign messaging.
• A strong attention to detail.
