Job Description

📍 London or Sheffield - 3 days working in the office, 2 days working remotely

Our mission:

• We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution 🏠
• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! 💚

The Opportunity:

• Working closely with stakeholders from around the business to enhance the customer experience through discovery, implementation and analysis.
• Developing the optimum customer journey which balances customer experience and business resources.
• Supporting the customer facing teams to produce assets that are required to support those teams.

What we need from you:

• Experience in customer facing roles - only those that have worked with customers understand the pain points a customer has (if you know, you know)
• Experience with process mapping, improvement and implementation and/or any project management.

• Any Salesforce and/or Hubspot would be great but we can teach you this!
