What your day to day will look like with us

Operational & People Excellence

  • Build and develop a high performing, diverse and inclusive career coaching team through individual team coaching, training, and workshops
  • Manage the day to day performance of the coaching team, ensuring high standards of coaching and service delivery is applied
  • Partner with the Managers of Student Experience to provide high quality communication and support to learners so they are clear on their career development journey and expected outcomes
  • Oversee the operational activities of the coaching team, thinking and acting commercially to enable efficient delivery of the coaching programme and services, contributing directly to business growth
  • Analyse coaching programme and learner data to understand and measure the effectiveness of the coaching programme and services and address performance gaps

Coaching & Training Expertise

  • Lead the design and development of best in class, industry relevant coaching programme to support learners short and long-term career outcomes, including the coaching curriculum, video training, tools and resources and workshop design
  • Advocate for the impact of high quality career development coaching for digital talent internally and partner with colleagues across the business to mature the coaching programme and services offered to learners
  • Deliver high impact individual and group coaching sessions with learners to support learners in maximizing their career opportunities
  • Network within industry, recruitment and employer partners to enable learner employment and recruitment opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Advanced knowledge and credentials in professional coaching and training
  • A recognised coach supervision qualification
  • Experience of leading, developing and performance managing diverse, remote coaching teams
  • Drive to seek out innovative, market relevant coaching and career development models
  • Track record of design, delivery and evaluation of successful coaching and training programmes at scale, including individual development plans and and services that consider different personas and delivery channels and deliver measurable outcomes for both individuals and business
  • Able to communicate and collaborate meaningfully at all levels and drive through change
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative whilst being a key and supportive member of the Student Experience Team
  • Strong problem solving and quantitative skills
  • Strong organisation and process skills of follow-up and follow-through
  • Influencing and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

  • Recognised ICF (PCC preferred) or EMCC accredited coaching qualification is required.
  • Recognised ICF or EMCC (or equivalent) coach supervision qualification is desirable.
