First we assess the flexibility options FourthRev provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure FourthRev is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

Flexible working at FourthRev
At FourthRev we are have always been 100% remote! Meaning you can work from your home office, a cafe or even a beach in Greece (as long as you have wifi).
We have flexible hours so there is no "you must login at X" and "you must eat your lunch at X". We want work to work for you, and everyone's life and days look completely different, and everyone works their best at different times.
We offer wellbeing support through our Wellbeing Partner Spill, access to LinkedIn Learning and have a super duper extended parental leave policy!
Oh, and did we mention we have Flexible leave? We don't track how much you take, only that you take a minimum of 20 days.
