Job Description
THE TEAM
Join our incredible Finance Team at Form3, expertly led by our CFO, Bonnie Mitchell. Our team is comprised of highly skilled individuals who work collaboratively to ensure the smooth functioning of our financial operations.
THE ROLE
As a key member of Form3’s wider Finance team you will:
- Work with Head of Payroll to manage internal & external controls
- Assist with all payroll activities across specified Form3 global regions – UK, Netherlands, Germany, US, Belgium & Spain
- Act as first point of contact for payroll related queries and requests from employees
- Assist with payroll day-to-day across Form3 Entities
- Ongoing management of data cleansing, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Maintain strong relationships with external third parties (e.g. payroll & benefit providers)
- Assist with both internal and external audits, as well as a regulatory reporting obligation
- Work closely with all other teams (including HR, & Finance)
- Support with any ad-hoc payroll projects duties with Head of Payroll
- Act as additional support for other Form3 payrolls as required
- Undertake duties in accordance with the company policies and procedures

We are looking for a meticulous, highly organised, and passionate Payroll Administrator to join our expanding Payroll function, whilst also becoming an integral part of the wider Finance Team.

- You possess a minimum of 2 years' experience within Payroll
