About this role…
As we continue to expand, Flipdish is growing its Salesforce team, responsible for building and maintaining our Salesforce infrastructure. We are seeking an exceptional Salesforce Admin to join our team in Karachi, ensuring that we maximise the value of our Salesforce platform with a focus on supporting our Operations team. We expect the candidate to be able to travel to our Karachi office at least 4 days a week.
In this job, you’ll…
- Collaborate with Operations teams: Focus on building and maintaining tools for the Operations teams, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes, while also supporting the Senior and Junior Salesforce Admins when needed.
- Manage and optimise Salesforce systems: Ensure efficient utilisation and integration of Salesforce tools within the organisation, including user and licence management, support, training, and system upgrades, while continuously monitoring system performance and addressing any issues.
- Customise the Salesforce platform: Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and tailor the platform to meet the organisation's needs, implementing custom objects, fields, and workflows to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Maintain security standards: Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups to ensure data security and compliance, while staying up-to-date with the latest security best practices and industry standards.
- Deliver actionable analytics: Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions and develop strategies for operational improvements, creating custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance metrics.
- Provide training and support: Facilitate training sessions and skill development programs for team members, enabling them to excel in their roles, while also offering ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success with the Salesforce platform.
- As a key player in Flipdish's mission to revolutionise the restaurant tech industry, you'll be instrumental in helping independent restaurant and takeaway owners thrive in an ever-changing world.
We’re looking for…
- Salesforce experience: The candidate must possess both the Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications as part of the minimum eligibility criteria.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform, proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with the wider Operations function, internal teams, and clients, fostering strong relationships and promoting a culture of collaboration.
- Attention to detail: Strong focus on maintaining data quality and ensuring efficient processes, with a commitment to continuously reviewing and refining workflows to optimise performance.
- Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with the Senior and Junior Salesforce Admins, as well as other teams within the organisation, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Results-driven: Track record of achieving and exceeding goals, with a data-driven approach to measuring performance and improving outcomes, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
