Performance Marketing Manager

About this role…
The Performance Marketing Manager will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work on internalising all our paid advertising efforts to reach as many restaurant owners as possible. You’re addressing a busy and driven audience with very practical concerns, so your copy and creatives will need to cut through the noise and be high-value for people that run takeaways and restaurants. You will benefit from a library of years of content, but that will be your task to organise, chop and leverage into ROI-driven demand gen campaigns.
We need a strong leader that will take ownership of our most successful marketing channel and grow both its efficiency and scope across multiple countries. This role provides the fuel to our sales engine, and will be key to the success of our wider business. Your performance will bring about opportunities to grow a team of freelancers to help scale your efforts and budgets further.
In this job, you’ll…
- Define, experiment, optimise or kill campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords and Meta Ads at a high-pace
- Build up a creative pipeline with our design team and A/B test offering
- Help define commercial offers to drive leads and signed deals
- Own, defend and forecast paid budgets across several countries and product lines
- Harness HubSpot and our CRM for marketing automation and deep-dive analytics
- Keep us ahead with the latest industry trends on paid acquisition
We’re looking for…
- 3-5+ years deep data-backed in performance marketing and paid ad campaigns
- B2B demand gen experience in the restaurant industry a huge plus
- Excellent track record with paid social ads
- Strong experience with HubSpot required
- Experience with Salesforce CRM a big plus
- A foodie at heart!
