Business Operations Manager - Remote

About this role

Reporting into the Chief of Staff & Head of Strategic Finance you will own a broad & wide scope of work across the Business Operations department. This is a technical & strategic opportunity with autonomy and regular interaction with the C-Suite.

In this job, you’ll…

• You will track, analyse and communicate financial, commercial and operational performance.
• You’ll have autonomy across multiple projects and business areas (e.g. KPI dashboards, revenue forecast modelling, cash flow projection)
• Own, develop and manage automated systems and processes for business operations (e.g. payroll, expense management, client communications and reporting)
• Serve as a cross-functional problem solver and manage any other strategic projects that arise (e.g. company strategy workshop, M&A due diligence, investor presentations, business case for new product line)

We’re looking for

• 2 years+ experience in financial services, consulting, or a similar business operations role
• Rounded business knowledge across accounting and unit economics.
• Strong analytical and technical capabilities - you are a spreadsheet power user, familiar with modelling & advanced functionalities (e.g. VBA, Google Apps Script)
• Strong attention to detail - you are able to keep your work zero-defect through best practices and are sensitive to numbers and different definitions
• Highly motivated & ambitious - we will offer you accelerated professional growth and more leadership exposure
• We’re looking for a quick-learning generalist who deals well with ambiguity and thrives with challenges
