Job Description
Flash Pack is expanding and we're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Team Manager in the USA to evolve our business and drive forward growth on a global scale. In this exciting and vital role, you will be working collaboratively alongside our adventure operations, customer experience and marketing departments to enable the company to rapidly expand.

What you’ll be doing:
You will work hand in hand with the Head of Sales and the Apac Sales Team Manager to effectively scale the sales team across a global market and maximise its impact
Manage and improve our 24/7 sales coverage model and scope out plans for international expansion
Work closely with Flash Pack’s product and marketing teams to generate leads and co-develop campaigns that engage and grow our loyal solo travel community
Continually work with the Sales Leadership team to improve processes using automation
Find innovative ways to inspire the sales team, creating a high performance culture and driving company growth
You’ll do this in line with our company values.
Your responsibilities will regularly change and develop as the business grows, and it is important that you are comfortable getting involved in tasks outside your remit in order to help the business meet our key objectives.
Who you are

Experience:
You have managed B2C (or SMB) sales teams for at least 3 years in a fast-growth business, successfully coaching, recruiting and onboarding new hires. (If you do not meet this requirement your CV will not be reviewed)
You have experience selling a premium product or service. (If you do not meet this requirement your CV will not be reviewed)
You know how to run a sales process that delivers predictable and consistent results and high conversion rates.
Sales Coach:
You are a great sales coach. You bring to the table substantial, verifiable experience in mentoring junior sales executives and fostering their skills in solution-selling techniques.
You have demonstrable performance management experience and you are capable of handling difficult conversations with more junior members of the team.
Exemplary Leader
You lead from the front and can jump into a sales process and be hands-on in directly supporting your team to close opportunities.
You can demonstrate that you are not only a great manager but one of the best relationship builders in the organisation.
What else
Hours: This role is Monday to Friday but you should be happy working evenings and occasional weekends whenever required to cover your team.
Salary: The base salary range for this role is between $70,000 - $88,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission. Your on-target earnings should be between $85,000 - 100,000 depending on the base salary. We also offer stock options after your first year with the company.
Location: The role is fully remote. Although we are headquartered in the UK we are building a physical presence in the US. Ideally, you will be located in or around Austin but not essential.
