Sales & Community Operations Intern - USA (contract to perm)

Flash Pack is expanding and we're looking for Sales and Community minded individuals in the US with an inherent passion for travel.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a goal-oriented individual to join us at an exciting time of growth, to begin a successful career in the travel industry.
This role is a 6 month contract, leading to a permanent position after the successful completion of a tightly scoped project.

What you’ll be working on
Sales Operations (80% of the role)
- Administratively supporting our sales team to work smarter and more efficiently
- Working collaboratively to enhance our sales operation
Community Operations (20% of the role)
- Administratively support our global SOLO Cities events
- Working collaboratively to enhance our sales operation via SOLO Cities participants
Project Work - scope & deliver a project which will connect community operations to the sales function. Spending 1 day a week, you will identify ways to engage SOLO Cities attendees to book onto Flash Pack trips.
You’ll do this in line with our company values.

What else
Salary: The salary for this role is $43000 pro rata (plus commission)
Location: We call our way of working ‘remote-flexible’. You can work from anywhere in the USA however it would be advantageous if you could attend face to face social events in New York.
Working Hours: You must be able to commit to working 1 day of the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday).
