People and Culture Specialist

Flash Pack is expanding and we're looking for an inspiring People and Culture Specialist to join our growing UK team.

What you’ll be working on

  • Creating and adapting people processes to support our growing global teams

  • Overseeing the talent acquisition roadmap and supporting hiring managers to attract and retain our best people

  • Owning aspects of the employee lifecycle, focussed on simplifying tasks and processes related to onboarding, offboarding, engagement, wellbeing and performance management

  • Embedding yourself as a trusted People champion, managing people related queries in a caring and empathetic manner

  • Developing innovative and cost effective solutions to streamline and enhance the people experience, including implementing health and wellbeing initiatives

  • Working alongside our marketing team to promote our internal culture on Linkedin and other valuable platforms

  • Proactively collaborating with our internal teams to maintain trust in our people function and showcase its value

  • Leveraging data insights to seek improvements in the employee journey at Flash Pack

Who you are

  • Genuinely and authentically passionate about seeking the best outcomes for our people

  • Tech savvy, you have used web based systems and improved work flows to enhance the people experience

  • A self starter who can work independently in an element of chaos. You don’t need rigid structure to be successful

  • Familiar with how to deliver results in a start-up / scale up environment

  • A prioritisation ninja, you can manage your time and workload with precision

  • Someone with a high EQ and uses it to their advantage

  • A lover of data and can evidence how you have used it to support decisions

  • Experienced in a variety of employee relation scenarios, knowledgeable on employment law within a global company

  • A doer and builder with the ability to move fast and be flexible

  • Passionate about travel and have some incredible travel stories to brag about

  • Aligned to our company values in your everyday life

What else

Salary: The salary range for this role is between £36,400 - £41,500 depending on experience. Our trailblazer total pay transparency means we do not negotiate on salary. We also offer meaningful stock options after your first year with the company.

Location: We call our way of working ‘remote-flexible’. You can work from anywhere in the UK as long as you are happy to come to London every 6-8 weeks or so. If you enjoy more regular face to face interaction, living close to London would be advantageous.

The Team: This role will be our second hire within the People and Culture team, however the team will be growing in the UK and US within the next few months.
