FitXR is a fitness technology company working at the cutting edge of VR and MR. We’re a funded scale-up on a mission to impact more lives than any other fitness company, and build a healthier world for everyone.
We started life in 2016 in a garden shed in the UK. Today, we’re building FitXR, one of the top-downloaded apps on the Meta Quest store. We’ve raised close to $40m from top investors such as Maveron, Hiro, BoostVC and TriplePoint.
We’re a remote-first team of just under 100 people from across the US, UK, and Spain, and we’re committed to making it simpler and more enjoyable for people to get moving. We believe that anybody can fall in love with fitness and make movement part of their life.

What you’ll do 👀
- Execute the FitXR sales strategy across B2B.
- Manage the full sales cycle through market mapping, outreach, pitching, contracting, pilot management and roll-out.
- Account manage existing B2B relationships, predominantly larger corporations.
- Define and manage the go-to-market strategy, including working directly with key accounts, as well as distributors and resellers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitch materials that are tailored to the partner and that showcase our value proposition.
- Create a network of innovative partners that align with FitXRs aims and values; achieved through market research, networking events etc.
- Create and execute FitXR trial strategy for conferences and B2B events.
- Enable partner deal support, cross-functional planning, relationship management, and insights.
- Support the Director of Partnerships in strategic deal planning and execution.
- Work closely with product, engineering, marketing and customer service teams to ensure Partnerships are launched and serviced effectively.

- You have previous experience in partnerships, business development or B2B sales, ideally working in the technology, fitness or lifestyle industries. Bonus points if you’ve sold VR software into enterprise businesses.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- You are results-focused and data-driven.
- You’re creative, flexible, and solution-oriented.
- Extremely motivated and inspired by FitXR’s mission.
- Managed remotely, you’ll have the commitment and drive to manage your own workload and schedule.
- You’re comfortable with some travel, across the USA and internationally.

- Hiring Manager
- Cross-functional team interview
- Final interview including task
