Job Description
✨ The most exciting parts
- Strong ownership & Huge positive impact 🙌 Germany is one of our biggest markets and we’re only scratching its surface. As the sole CSM for Germany, you’ll play a key role in our journey to cement our leadership position in this market. We also strongly believe in the social impact of Figures - creating transparency & fairness around compensation and reducing market inequalities like the gender pay gap (check out this Sifted article, powered by Figures).
- Early stage + strong Product Market Fit = 🔥 You’ll experience huge personal growth. As Figures is growing extremely quickly, we expect that you’ll grow with us and level up your career. As the team grows, you’ll have plenty of opportunities internally & even externally.
- Great teammates & work environment 🙏🏽 We take our “Why so serious?” value seriously, offer a ton of flexibility, and work a 9-day-fortnight.
- Taking risks means high rewards 🤑 Your equity grant will have a big potential financial upside.
🔮 About us - Fair pay, the simple way
Figures was created in October 2020 by Virgile, who was fed up with not having relevant compensation data for the start-up market in France, which led to endless discussions, negotiations, and therefore tons of internal inequality.
Joined by Bastien quickly after, they tackled this issue by creating the first compensation benchmark product for start-ups & scale-ups in France.
As of today, we are Europe's leading compensation management platform, helping 1200+ companies to make fair and efficient salary decisions.
Our goal is now two-fold:
- Cement our position as the main European compensation platform.
- Continue to expand our product to compensation management as a whole (we just released our new module which allows companies to create, maintain and share their salary bands 🙌).
