France is Figures’ main market and we want to accelerate our expansion there! So far, we have been focused on SMBs, and we have proof that selling our product to larger companies (1-2k employees) can work. It’s a huge opportunity for us to generate more ARR, increase our average deal size amount, acquire more data and ultimately have more positive impact.

- One of the first 💃🏾 As our first Account Executive Large Accounts in the French market, you’ll have a key role in designing the future of Figures. Starting almost from scratch, you'll work closely with Chloé our Country Lead, and you'll have the opportunity to co-build the large accounts strategy with her.

🔮 About us
Figures was created in October 2020 by Virgile, who was fed up with not having relevant compensation data for the start-up market in France, which led to endless discussions, negotiations, and therefore tons of internal inequality.
Joined by Bastien quickly after, they tackled this issue by creating the first compensation benchmark product for start-ups & scale-ups in France.
With 1000+ clients across Europe as of today, we can safely say that we found our Product Market Fit.
Our goal is now two-fold:
- Cement our position as the main European compensation benchmarking product for start-ups & scale-ups.
- Expand our product from pure benchmarking to compensation management as a whole.

🕹 Your role
- In collaboration with our Country Lead France, you'll own & determine the sales strategy.
- Accelerate the acquisition of large customers (>1k employees) for the French market through all channels (working closely with partners, inbound sales, outbound sales, networking, attending local events).
- Work together with the Sales (BDR & Account Manager) & Marketing teams in order to generate new business opportunities.
- Full sales cycle: from identifying prospects, qualification of leads, offers and negotiations to closing the deal (as the first Account Executive Large Accounts, it will be quite 360°).
- Team: Liaise with the CSM/Account Management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Handle legal aspects with the support of our external lawyers.
- Knowledge: Leverage prospects and clients' feedback to suggest new product features.
- Product roadmap: Identify customer needs and work closely with the product team to add them to our roadmap.
🧩 What we look for
- Intermediate to Senior level: 4+ years of sales experience in Inbound & Outbound BtoB SaaS Sales (100% autonomous at executing Sales).
- At least one successful experience as Account Executive Large Accounts (>1k employees).
- Strong new business development skills on large accounts with a history of successful prospecting and driving revenue.
- Pipeline management: rigorous and structured approach.
- Legal knowledge (in order to be autonomous on legal aspects).
- Alignment with our values: you have a strong sense of ownership, you are pragmatic & you are at ease to give and receive feedback (while not taking yourself too seriously!).
- Native level in French AND fluent in English (we are building an international team).
- You are based in one of the following countries: France, Portugal, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary or Serbia (or willing to relocate).
- You can spend 3 days every 2 months with the whole team in our office in Paris.

💰 Compensation & Perks

- On-market salary. We target the market's 50th percentile using data from the best benchmark on the market.
👉🏼 The estimated salary for this role, for someone Paris based, is between €60,000 and €85,000 OTE (including a 42-60k base salary). Of course that could be adjusted for any outlier profile!
👉🏼 For people who live outside of Paris, we adjust the compensation based on our Global Salary Convertor’s cost of labor.
- Above-market equity. We allocate 14% of our company towards employee grants, which is considerably above market practices (the average equity pool size is a bit less than 10%).
👉🏼 0.16% to 0.26% ownership of the company, depending on your seniority level (≈ €750k-1.3M in case of a €1B exit).
- Company incentive program (profit sharing plan).
👉🏼 Up to €3,000!
👉🏼 We do believe in a collective sharing of Figures' success. The purpose of this bonus is to associate employees collectively with the results and/or performance of the company.
