THE ROLENGG is looking for a Travel&Expenses Coordinator. You will join the HR Department in our HQ, based in Milan, and you will directly report to the HR Director.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Act as a central point for the government of the travel expenses policies, ensuring that all the travels and expenses are in line with Company procedures and budget;
  • Support employee in understanding all the Company’s existing and future policies related to travels and expenses, helping them with eventually related issues;
  • Assist with month-end close activities as it relates to expenses management- and credit cards;
  • Perform periodical analysis in order to optimize all the travel costs;
  • Collaborate proactively in monitoring the performance of the Travel & Expense program;
  • Manage the relationship with travel vendors, including the negotiation of the best contracts conditions (like, for example, services conditions of flight companies, hotelleries, ground transportation providers);
  • Consolidate and manage relationship with other departments such as finance, accounting, procurement and so on;
  • Be an expert of travel and expenses management Company future tools;
  • Act as a leader of a team composed by two resources.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor Degree, better in accounting/economics/tourism
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role in a Multinational Company
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of the main MS Office tools (Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to work in a team and with a cross-functional approach
  • Empathy and good relational attitude
