THE ROLE NGGH++ is looking for a Digital Strategic Planning Manager who will be responsible to oversee the development and implementation of long-term digital strategic planning, in alignment with the Digital SVP and the FARFETCH GROUP. The scope covers B2C e-commerce, marketplaces, and other digital partners, all of which are key growth areas of the company. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify business goals and align digital strategies to achieve them.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Organise and structure digital strategies that align digital leadership’s vision with channels and roadmaps, ensuring executive-level communication.
  • Use data, estimations, and high-level modeling to support decision-making, being comfortable with identifying, using, and monitoring KPIs.
  • Align governance models and optimize collaboration across teams, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and product development, to ensure digital strategies are integrated into overall business plans.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify digital trends, customer behaviors, and industry best practices.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Relevant experience in digital, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of web analytics tools and platforms.
