CREATIVE OPERATIONSWe're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

THE ROLEYou will work in two different project types where your attitude and agility needs to rise up. Both will require a similar role, first one is the transformative one, where you will actively be responsible for leading and implementing the solution, second the one where you will be SME (Subject Matter Expertise) of our process. Exclusively and without compromising our internal teams roadmap you will be the key person know the end-to-end process guiding the teams to the best solution. The scope of the Process Development team on these projects can include the entire development process (e.g., discovery, value proposition, operating model, definition, requirements gathering, budget impacts, project plan) or only be the SME, as explained above, this will require from you to work well under pressure, be organized and promote agility and focus to deliver what is required. Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, you will focus on managing a team to work side by side with our teams to achieve with agility the best product representation on our platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO• Be the SME - Subject Matter Expert for any projects that arise from Solutions Delivery Management;• Define and industrialize new processes for a creative transformation (imagery shooting, post editing processes, technology and content processes) that define and ensure a stable execution;• Collaborate cross-functionally to define/refine initiatives requirements, design and implement new physical and digital processes;• Responsible for ensuring and supporting all decisions and processes implementation using data, alongside creative and content insights;• Costs and benefits analysis, as well as specifications and capacity study preparation for investments approval;• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation allowing clear and simple implementation (process-maps, procedures (as-is & to-be), targets, cost and quality assessment);• Ensure the best product representation in each implementation phase with Safety, Quality and Efficiency;• Be the facilitator for requirements gathering activities, such as gap analysis and risk assessment workshops with execution teams for new initiatives;• Find quick and alternative processes to respond to business requirements / needs ensuring the right time and right quality;• Promote workshops sessions among other routines to drive ideas and processes design.
WHO YOU ARE• You have 6+ years of experience in a production environment or by working in a continuous improvement area with proven knowledge of engineering principles and methodologies;• Fluent communication skills in English are mandatory;• You have Interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences;• You have studied management, engineering or a related field and have practical experience in process development, operations or process optimization;• You have a quick grasp and a well-founded analytical approach that allows you to execute several tasks showing ownership and hard commitment;• You’re attracted by an entrepreneurial way of working, think beyond your day-to-day scope and manage your projects with extraordinary ownership;• You are able to find creative and out of the box solutions after a root cause analysis;• You are able to identify, create and steer KPIs to measure operations and company performance;• You enjoy steering interdisciplinary teams and are able to manage several stakeholders, optimally in a structured project management tool (e.g. Monday, JIRA, etc).
