THE ROLE As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive (DACH region) focused on Affiliate and Growth Partner marketing, your primary goal is to drive sales and customer acquisition for FARFETCH in the DACH region. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our marketing objectives by managing partnerships, implementing campaigns, and leveraging regional and technical expertise to optimise performance for two performance marketing channels. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will contribute to the overall success of our affiliate and partner marketing efforts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Day-to-day:
  • Develop and execute the Affiliate and Partner Marketing strategy for the DACH region, aligning it with overall business goals.
  • Manage regional partnerships across Affiliates and Growth Partner Marketing channels, driving growth through effective campaign management, incentivisation of affiliates/partners and new partnerships.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional promotional campaigns with Marketing, Product, Trade, Creative, and international teams to drive sales and new customer acquisition.
  • Negotiate contracts with partners and collaborate with internal lawyers.
  • Analyse performance metrics, provide detailed reports and insights, and leverage reporting tools for profitable partner accounts.
  • Ad-hoc:
  • Proactively handle technical aspects or other projects as needed, including but not limited to tracking issue resolution, on-site partner integration, competitor analysis.

WHO ARE YOU

  • Marketing degree or relevant qualification.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Relevant experience in paid advertising (Affiliates, PPC, Display). Affiliate background preferred.
  • Proven experience in setting up and optimising marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs, such as GTV and COS.
  • You have good knowledge of excel; comfortable in producing complex reports, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Basic knowledge of using reporting tools like Looker, Tableau or Google Analytics.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Passion for ecommerce marketing and deep understanding of the DACH region's marketing landscape.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and optimising product feeds, tech integrations and link tracking is a plus.
