OFFICEOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
THE ROLE NGGH++ is looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist to manage, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and analysing paid search strategies across various search engines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing paid search campaigns and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and implement paid search strategies that align with NGG++ objectives and business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection to build effective campaigns.
  • Create ad copy that is relevant, engaging, and effective.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest paid search trends, technologies, and industry changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective paid search strategies that drive business results.

WHO ARE YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience managing paid search campaigns across multiple search engines.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Yahoo Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • AdWords and Bing Ads certifications are a plus.
