Farfetch & NGG are implementing an European distribution centre (DC) in Roermond, the Netherlands, which will fulfil products for Reebok Europe, B2B and B2C. As part of the Global Operations Team, the Senior Operations Specialist will provide with support to the logistics function, in cooperation with internal/external stakeholders and the 3PL, in order to plan and coordinate in house B2B and B2C operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Foster a strong working relationship within the Farfetch teams and with the 3PL;
  • Support monitoring of inbound, outbound and returns processes ensuring schedules are met;
  • Support planning and management of outbound VAS in all aspects and specificities;
  • Audit and lead standard of procedures based on different customers’ requirements;
  • Ensure that the 3PL is capturing relevant performance data and productivity in all areas of the warehouse, identifying any inefficiencies and proposing remedies;
  • Daily check of KPIs (in/out volumes, productivities, order cancellations, stock loss,…) sharing this information internally and with the 3PL in order to drive a high-performance culture;
  • Identify factors of underperformance and being proactive for improvements, encouraging maximum productivity;
  • Organize and supervise stock integrity controls;
  • Continuously strive for excellence, communicating priorities;
  • Direct support to Import, Distribution and Customer Service department with actionable insights.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain, preferably in a multi-channel environment;
  • Detailed understanding of warehouse operations, previous warehouse experience will be a plus;
  • Proven numerical skills, data driven mindset and good intuition - comfortable manipulating and interpreting data sets and communicating insights and actions to stakeholders in a meaningful way;
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
  • Comfortable to learn new systems and be an ambassador for change;
  • Advanced Excel skills.
