THE ROLEWe are looking for a brilliant Senior Learning Specialist to support the Learning vertical of our Service Enablement team. This role is essential to the success of Partner Service learning programs, responsible for interfacing with all within the organisation that have training needs and for the maintenance and evolution of our learning paths.You will be a primary point of contact for our Learning Experience Design team for content creation as well as ensuring the digital resources developed are tailored to the target’s needs and learning styles.A major focus of the role will be on increasing the effectiveness of training materials as well as raising awareness in the organisation’s understanding of them, improving the overall learning experience for Partner Service teams and FARFETCH Partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the business on training delivery strategy and development of functional skills, identify training and development needs for performance improvement
  • Work closely with the Comms and Service Improvement teams to ensure effective communication and training for all processes
  • Work closely with the Learning Experience Design team to curate and create actionable content that will inform partners of critical information that allows them to build a successful and effective partnership with FARFETCH and its Platform
  • Document and communicate the status and impact of learning initiatives, and together with the learning experience designers and FARFETCH offices around the world, ensure that content is clear, engaging and relevant for each market

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have at least 5 years of experience working in a training environment as a Training Specialist, ideally in an operational setting and within a fast-paced environment;
  • You have direct experience with adult education and adult learning principles, designing and delivering training sessions and programs and have a good appreciation for digital approaches to training and experience working on blended programs;
  • Highly organised and good at planning, you are comfortable navigating change and managing multiple work requirements and projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines, able to multi-task;
  • An exceptional communicator, fluent in English, with great presentation and public speaking skills;
  • A true team player, have a great service mindset and a passion for learning and sharing knowledge, and for enabling others to expand their competence and skills.
