OFFICEOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLE You will report to the Senior Sales Analyst & Wholesale Planner you and will be responsible for carrying out performance analyses of products and channels, for managing replenishment orders, product allocations and business reports updates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the effective and efficient execution of demand planning and replenishment activities: forecast analyses, stock coverage calculations and constant monitoring of new products and collections sell-through KPIs with the goal to generate relevant insights and recommend actions accordingly.
  • Analyze products and channels performances to guide the allocation of replenished goods and maximize sales performance for all the major channels: DOS, online, wholesale, franchising.
  • Monitor confirmations of replenishment orders and work closely with production team to secure the execution of the delivery plan.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Retail and Merchandise teams to effectively forecast the demand of new products and collections.
  • Support the development of new forecasting planning tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with all relevant departments such as sales, product divisions, customer service, logistics.
  • Monitor periodically stock inbounds and align with sales orders.

WHOU YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • A previous experience in the demand planning within fashion areas represents a plus.
  • Knowledge of Demand planning tools.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with large amount of data.
  • Business-oriented mind, flexibility, ability to work proactively
