THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Data Product Manager, passionate about Data, to guide product strategy and definition by translating customer needs into business and product requirements. You will manage a team's roadmap, and help drive revenue for the business while reducing costs. You will be part of a multidisciplinary organization where you will have the opportunity to contact and learn with other data product managers, data engineers, data scientists product managers, data scientists, and analysts. Reporting to a Lead Product Manager of Data Products, you will have the chance to develop your career in BI, taking the best advantage of the data to provide relevant data models with quality and aligned with the organization's strategy, to ultimately take our data-driven company to the next level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Gather and distill requirements from users and translate them into a relevant vision and strategy for your Data Products
  • Work with partners to maintain the product and feature roadmap, managing backlog prioritization
  • Establish strategic improvements to Data Products and create appropriate business cases to guide product enhancement
  • Proactively identify and evaluate business opportunities that can benefit from using data and deep dive into the data generated by the Farfetch platform to discover new features.
  • Lead/Create user stories and acceptance criteria for the product backlog
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations, providing visibility and clarity on the roadmap, while determining the best solutions to the problems that are being addressed
  • Lead the delivery of new product features by creating of user documentation, workshops, and operational support for launches

WHO YOU ARE

  • Have a degree in Information Systems or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience within a similar product management role (essential)
  • Experienced in the Business Intelligence area (essential)
  • Have a good understanding of data ecosystems, Data Warehousing, and Data Integrations.
  • Experience in SQL query and ability to deep dive into raw datasets to find key information to evolve the Data Products
  • Experienced in working with users, building relationships, and helping them get the most out of Data Models and Reporting tools
  • Experience in reporting tools like Tableau or Looker (plus)
  • Experienced using sketches, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications to communicate requirements (plus)
  • Knowledgeable of Scrum methodology
  • Advocate quality and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
