THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst, with a deep understanding of business operations, processes, and technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Solutions Design Manager and the team to help provide a holistic vision for our solutions services. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with both the management team and the creative operations team to ensure that our solutions are designed with both efficiency and creativity in mind, in order to meet our business and partners expectations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate with the Solutions Design Manager to develop a holistic vision for solutions services on creative operations;
  • Work closely with the management team to understand their requirements and translate them into functional requirements and use cases;
  • Work with the creative operations team to understand client needs and not only develop but also optimize solutions that meet those needs;
  • Create detailed requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications;
  • Participate in project planning, design, and delivery, ensuring that solutions meet the requirements of all stakeholders;
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet the needs of end-users;
  • Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field;
  • => 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – English is mandatory;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively;
  • Knowledge in project management software, such as JIRA or Asana - plus.
