THE ROLEYou'll provide technical solutions to fulfil business requests using SAP's BW development language.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support on the implementation of new projects cooperating on all different phases of a project, design, develop and deploy;
  • Ensure and maintain data integrity and alignment between the global financial planning and consolidation modules (configuration, test, reconciliation, production vs. quality).
  • Maintenance and administration of SAP BPC, specifically: Dimensions and Models, Teams and Task Profiles, Data Access Profiles, Work Status and Drill-Throughs;
  • Interface with technical teams, business and support partner to resolve issues;
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management tracking processes/;
  • Identify, manage and resolve common system issues;
  • Identify system processes to optimize, re-design and implement new changes in the system;
  • Train End Users as needed on system processes

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree in IT, Business;
  • Previous experience of HFM and/or Hyperion Essbase/Planning or SAP BPC would be an advantage;
  • Experience in document processes and procedures;
  • Commitment to quality and excellent customer service to end users;
  • Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment;
  • Capable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner;
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken is mandatory;
