Our London office is located in Old Street, London’s tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideas, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.
THE ROLE
FARFETCH Platform Solutions (FPS) is our suite of white-label solutions for luxury fashion brands and retailers. We deliver a global, multi-channel ecommerce and connected retail offering that enables retailers and brands to seamlessly interact with their consumers, while also allowing them to focus on the creative aspects of their businesses. These solutions are built on the FARFETCH platform, providing the same capabilities and scale as our Marketplace, and benefitting from the improvements to and the innovation of our platform. We help our clients to achieve their goals by creating a modular package of solutions from which they can choose from specific bundles of products and services or a full end-to-end ecommerce experience. The team is 6 years into its journey and there is amazing momentum; it’s an incredibly exciting time to join and do what’s never been done before! As a Revenue Operations Manager you will be part of our Business Development team acting to ensure the smooth and effective operations of the team. You will support the end-to-end sales process, responsible for building pitches and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analysing sales data, as well as providing administrative and operational support to the Business Development, Client Services and Marketing leaders. You’ll handle lead generation and help the team to develop go-to-market models for products and campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work in alignment with the Business Development, Client Services and Marketing teams to build commercial models that generate predictable revenue and support our growth objectives,for a range of clients and products.
  • Partner with the Senior Pricing Analyst to build and deliver pricing models for individual deals, working iteratively with the Business Development (client acquisition) and Client Services (client retention and expansion) teams.
  • Build commercial presentations in partnership with Marketing and Business Development (responding to RFPs, developing tailored sales decks).
  • Own the day to day revenue operations: manage pipeline, track of sales and marketing engagement and conversion, manage required number of leads at all deal stages in order to meet targets.
  • Manage internal stakeholders to support the smooth running of the solutions discovery process, setting and tracking KPIs for relevant touch points along the sales pipeline.
  • Provide support with the contracting process, working with the Legal, Business Development and Client Services teams.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Analyse marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimisation.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the contact database.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimise how we manage our commercial pipeline across all stages of the lifecycle.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You possess strong communication and presentation skills, able to adapt your style to different audiences and in different contexts.
  • You have an analytical mindset and data modelling skills, with an ability to effectively interpret, analyse and present commercial data.
  • You’ve got commercial acumen and understanding of a range of E-Commerce business models.
  • You work well in complex matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders, and have a proven track record being a trusted advisor to Commercial teams.
  • You are proactive with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • You can problem-solve and are able to build and improve processes.
  • You have experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools, and have a strong understanding of the sales funnel.
