We are driven by our principles and committed to providing the best consumer and consignment experience there is. In January 2019, Stadium Goods became part of the Farfetch family of companies, which will help guide our evolution as we usher in the next chapter of growth.

You will be responsible for managing all returns operations KPIs through team management, development and cross functional project ownership. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations and will work cross-functionally with the Customer Service, and Asset Protection teams, and other members of the Supply Chain/Logistics team to achieve optimal SLA requirements that ensure best-in-class customer service levels. This role requires a detail and process oriented mindset, and passion for process improvement.

  • You will oversee the returns processing of all merchandise, ensuring that it is accurately processed, cataloged and returned to inventory.
  • You will ensure that all incoming merchandise is examined for authenticity and accurate records are maintained inline with our SOX compliance.
  • You will ensure that quality service standards are followed and that all Stadium Goods procedures, rules and regulations are complied with.
  • You will report key metrics such as returns rates, and product defects to identify trends and develop strategies to streamline process improvements and efficiencies.
  • You will maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that space utilization is optimized.
  • You will work closely with the Senior Manager or Warehouse Operations and other key stakeholders to meet our goals of increased efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • You will lead and oversee the training and development of your team by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, coaching and fostering a positive learning environment.

Who you are

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sneaker or fashion industry.
  • You have experience managing a team and are comfortable leading and motivating others to achieve goals.
  • You are knowledgeable of sneaker market trends and have experience working in an environment focused on quality assurance.
  • You are proficient in Inventory management, WMS, and Microsoft Office.
  • You have excellent written, verbal, organizational and analytical skills.
  • You are process oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
  • You have a team player attitude, looking to lend a hand when needed
  • You have the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs.)

REWARDS & BENEFITS

  • Comprehensive total rewards package that includes a great compensation package, company equity, health benefits, and 401k
  • Paid time off
  • Dynamic career growth opportunities
  • A fun, creative, and mission-driven work environment
  • Team outings and after-work events
