Return Support Specialist

The Role

• We are looking for an associate to execute the processing of returned merchandise, entering product information into our databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. You have proficient data entry skills and familiarity with spreadsheets. You will partner with the NY Consignor Relations team located in HQ on Hudson Street, and the Warehouse Operations Manager to meet our goals of increased efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• You will Manage incoming inquiries via email, and internal channels
• You will Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• You will Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• You will Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively
• You will Identify trends and issues related to customer inquiries and provide feedback to relevant teams
• You will Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
• You will Provide additional support to customer service and partner relations teams

• You have Knowledge of sneaker market trends
• You are Experienced with working in an environment focused on quality assurance
• You are process-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
• You have Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• You have the Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• You are Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WSM software
• You are Proactive, customer focused individual with a passion for providing exceptional service
• You have the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs.)
