Private Client Manager

About the role:
As a Private Client Manager you will engage with clients to ensure a seamless, exceptional luxury customer service experience whilst building brand loyalty and evolving a team of personal stylists. You must have significant previous experience from a luxury market and you have proven work experience from a sales environment, be digitally savvy and up for working within a fast growth environment.You will provide support and development so that the team can maintain their outstanding personal service to their existing client base as well as expanding their reach to new clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, manage and inspire a team of Personal Stylists;
  • Develop sales strategies for achieving revenue goals for your region;
  • Partner with functional leaders and teams on acquisition strategies, brand collaborations and partnerships to identify new business opportunities to aggressively grow our Private Client portfolio;
  • Be accountable for translating team and department strategy into operational and tactical plans;
  • Define and manage budgets for your areas, controlling associated costs;
  • Take the lead on projects, as and when required;
  • Motivate your team members to drive personal sales, reach and exceed targets, building awareness around the importance of hitting KPIs and building targeted plans on how to do this;
  • Prioritise, delegate and monitor the Personal Styling Team’s daily workload;
  • Analyze, manage and review selling activity and KPI’s for your team and region, continuously reviewing performance against set objectives, identifying potential efficiency improvements and determining solutions for at-risk areas;
  • Act as a true ambassador and role model for the Private Client team, internally promoting a gold-standard work ethic and team culture;
  • Liaise with the Global Marketing Team to coordinating client engagement activities and events;
  • Complete sales reports as required, communicating potential issues to the VP, Private Client.

  • You have a track record of managing a sales team;
  • You are competent at analyzing data to make informed and commercial decisions;
  • You are result orientated and sales driven, with an existing track record of exceeding sales targets;
  • You are commercially aware and demonstrate a high level of business acumen;
  • You are self-motivated, proactive and possess strong organizational skills;
  • You are a brilliant communicator with extremely high standards of service (both written and oral)You are known for going above and beyond at all times with both internal and external customers, and enjoy finding solutions that are unique and revolutionary;
  • You are always flexible, positive and a keen team player with a “can do” attitude;
  • You possess excellent computer literacy, with the competency to pick up new systems on the fly (internet, Microsoft Office, Excel)You have English proficiency (speaking, reading and writing)You have previous e-commerce experience is looked upon favorably;
  • You are comfortable working with a changing environment, that may require flexibility around working hours

  • You will have experience in luxury fashion sales, with a solid understanding of luxury fashion, the Private Client market and lifestyle differences
