Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the officeTHE ROLEThe position is part of the Store Planning & Project Management Department and will report to the project manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coordinate creative, architectural and construction activities related to new opening (refresh, enlargement, relocation etc.)
  • Monitor budget, project timing and quality check during all phases of the project
  • Select suppliers and manage the tender for General Contractors and/or Millworks including negotiating terms and contracts.
  • Coordinate of all external contributors and consultants of the project (local architect, general contractors, engineers, light designer etc.)
  • Monitor store construction with periodical site visit and meetings; prepare reports and punch list completion, to ensure the result is in line with brand's standard quality.
  • Work closely with internal departments (Retail Operation, Procurement, VM, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.) to ensure the project needs of all departments.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree in Architecture, Design or Engineering is preferable
  • Experience 3/5 years in similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Willing to travel for site visits and on-site inspections
