Our office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG Group staff functions.Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator, the position is part of the Store Planning & Project Management Department and will report to the Project Manager.
The Project Coordinator will lead and coordinate all project phases between internal departments, suppliers, vendors, being responsible for technical/time/cost/quality control for the successful delivery of projects.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Coordinate creative, architectural and construction activities related to new opening (refresh, enlargement, relocation etc.)
  • Oversee and control from timing point of view the new store openings roll out
  • Monitor budget, project timing and quality check during all phases of the project
  • Select suppliers and manage the tender for General Contractors and/or Millworks including negotiating terms and contracts.
  • Coordinate of all external contributors and consultants of the project (local architect, general contractors, engineers, light designer etc.)
  • Ensure all scheduled works are completed and executed as per quality standards
  • Participate in the definition of project rough estimate
  • Liaise with HQs in order to draw up forecasting analysis and reviews
  • Assure site construction management with periodic visit on site as well as facilitate handover and necessary support for the successful openings/completion of the projects
  • Work closely with internal departments (Retail Operation, Procurement, VM, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.) to ensure the project needs of all departments.
  • Coordinate and organize the works of all Project Specialists and report their activities to the Project Manager

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree: Architecture, Design or Engineering is preferable
  • Experience: 5 + years in similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Autocad and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is preferable
