CREATIVE OPERATIONS
We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.
PORTO
Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cozy environment. THE ROLE
You will join our progressive Production Planning team. You'll focus mostly on planning our production of digital contents. reporting to the Production Planning EU Lead, you will work in Porto and Guimarães and be an important main piece for the Production team.
WHAT YOU`LL DO
- You will define capacity and resources plan according to forecast and supporting (re-)budget exercises by working with relevant stakeholders;
- You will prioritize the demand according to the commercial drivers and available capacity per production flow, with a focus on optimizing production utilization and always considering budget impact;
- You will be the main contact point for regional commercial and production managers;
- You will identify improvement opportunities within our current allocation and planning process;
- You will monitor production status and performance, identifying deviations and tactically adjusting allocation/ capacity in the short-term;
- You will follow-up on relevant indicators and act to achieve results, building analysis to increase visibility on short-term trends and deviations.
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years of experience in planning with proficiency in MS excel (can perform complex functions);
- Experience in continuous improvement/process improvement activities;
- Passionate for data;
- Comfortable working in a reactive environment;
- Advanced English.
