PRODUCTWe're the customer experts and advocates. Our teams work on the end-to-end product lifecycle; from understanding the motivations and needs of our customers and partners to designing and testing hypotheses to creating industry-leading experiences for luxury shoppers, sellers, and service providers. We set our Product vision and achieve our strategy in close partnership with teams across the business.
PORTUGALOur Portugal offices are located in four of the country's most vibrant cities - Braga, Guimarães, Lisbon, and Porto, known for their rich historical background and warm atmosphere. The teams working in Portugal cover all areas of FARFETCH, from Digital Production to Operations, People, and Technology. In our Guimarães and Porto offices, you can experience the latest fashion trends in our European Production sites, and in our Braga, Porto, and Lisbon offices, you can immerse yourself in the tech world!
THE ROLE Being part of the Farfetch Platform Solutions (FPS) Team, you will promote and shape the Connected Retail evolution, by understanding the brand's needs and translate them into a solid roadmap. You will be responsible for ensuring the right use cases and solutions are identified and built to help our fashion brands achieve their goals. You will work creatively and pragmatically with product design, engineering, as well as external clients, to address challenges and provide solutions

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Understand customers' problems ('what' and 'why');
  • Identify business opportunities and success metrics;
  • Shape product vision and strategy based on research, data, industry trends, and customer feedback;
  • Build, own, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring execution and communication;
  • Translate customer needs into technical requirements;
  • Manage dependencies and provide a clear direction to engineering teams;
  • Work in an Agile environment throughout the product life-cycle;
  • Work with Product Marketing to launch new products.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Graduated or with a master's degree in Business Management, Computer Science Engineering, or other relevant to the area of intervention;
  • Proven track record as Product Manager;
  • Experience in Retail, Tech, or E-Commerce companies;
  • Experience working with mobile products is a plus;
  • Ability to easily build relationships with the different players of the business, at different levels of the organization (from C-Level to Analyst);
  • Technology enthusiast and passionate about developing customer-centric products;
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
