Here you will absorb the essence of the NGG DNA and feel the creative input for all cross-category collections. THE ROLENew Guards Group is looking for a Product Developer to join the Beauty Business Unit and to oversee the development of the Beauty collection from initial concept to final product.You will report to the Beauty Business Unit Director and ensure all products meet cost quality and brand goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage all activities related to the development process of new products, from concept to worldwide market launches
  • Budget management and target costs for Make up projects;
  • Proactively manage timings and schedule preparation monitoring product development/production retroplanning for formulas development, packaging and production;
  • Create and define the merchandising and pricing strategy relating to the Make up category;
  • Market research and analysis of competitors;
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative consumer insights to support the development of make up strategy;
  • Analyze the evolution of the market and competitors to identify the opportunity of new product launches.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to update them on trends, competitors and market opportunities.
  • Trait d’union with creative directors & brand talents for the coordination and development of the creative briefs

WHO YOU ARE

  • 6+ years experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury beauty brand
  • Fluent in English written and spoken – this is mandatory and will be tested in the interview process
  • Good knowledge and use of Adobe package, in particular InDesign and Illustrato
  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage stress and pay close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep to strict deadlines
  • Team player who is willing to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
