LISBONOur Lisbon office is located in Portugal's cosmopolitan capital. In this office, Farfetchers like to have catch ups in the ball pit or creative moments by the grand piano! THE ROLEReporting to the Planning & Strategic Sourcing manager, you will join the Procurement Department, under the Innovation & Platforms team. You'll work with the Planning & Strategic Sourcing Team, Procurement Operations, and Finance teams, managing go-live and improvement projects for procurement systems. Also supporting new releases and integrations with other corporate systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design processes and requirements for evolution, replacement or improving Procurement Applications
  • Perform Process and Functional Analysis in close relationship with finance and technology teams.
  • Address business challenges across Farfetch Group of companies and Business Units, covering areas such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.
  • Lead solution design and decision initiatives, structuring business requirements, engaging with vendors and ensuring proper business assessment of different alternatives.
  • Design and Implement procurement processes, ways of work and policies with key stakeholders.
  • Support or Stand-in for Project Management role as required.
  • Support the implementation, train, go-live and after go-live activities.
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers on more complex projects.
  • Partner with technology and business teams to understand the setup of data flows and repositories in order to acquire data.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree in an analytical field, with the ability to understand both IT and Business Concepts and tools.
  • Experience in implementing core Corporate Applications such as ERP, Supply Chain and Procurement systems.
  • Advanced user in Excel (mandatory)
  • Understanding and proactive development of best practice and principles on data including data governance, timeliness, accuracy, design, efficient usage etc.)
  • Experienced in and knowledgeable of Procurement-to-Pay Processes and tools will be a plus.
  • Keen on process optimization.
  • A professional with the ability to extract, interpret and story-tell data.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
