THE ROLE NGGH++ is looking for a Performance Marketing Planner to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive measurable results and maximise the return on investment for NGGH++’s marketing campaigns. You will create and execute data-driven marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Strategy Execution: Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and identify key opportunities for growth.
  • Campaign Planning: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Budget Tracking: Ensure timely and accurate cost and ROI tracking.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and gather insights. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Market Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Identify new opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Coordination of all marketing channels, campaigns, marketing calendar, commercial moments, audiences, internal and external stakeholders ensuring we deliver consistent marketing messaging to the right customers at the right time.

WHO ARE YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
