THE ROLE NGGH++ is looking for a Performance Marketing Data Analyst who will be responsible for analysing and interpreting large sets of marketing data to help optimise the performance of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex data into actionable insights that will drive business decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collect, analyse and interpret large sets of data related to marketing campaigns, such as conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition, and ROI
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualise data and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain performance tracking tools to monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions and identify areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies and identify opportunities for growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns

WHO YOU ARE

  • Relevant experience in a data analysis role, preferably in the marketing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or Google Data Studio
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
