THE ROLEReporting to the Senior Head of People Business Partnering, you will lead People Business Partnering for our Finance and Office Management teams, partnering with leadership teams to design their people strategy and executing their people goals to drive business performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create partnerships across the business, especially with managers and specialist People teams, to co-create a holistic operational plan to achieve our business goals and people strategy.
  • Partner with specialist People teams and the business to plan and deploy cyclical people processes.
  • Partner with senior team members to ensure that your client groups have skills, processes, policies and projects in place to attract, develop and retain their people, using data to inform decisions.
  • Be a trusted partner, with a special focus on people managers to create a positive employee experience, providing challenge, coaching and advice
  • Design, implement and improve people initiatives, in collaboration with the People Team and others within the company

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced mid-level HR professional, having worked in a high-growth company
  • Experience of coaching teams, adopting a collaborative and inclusive approach
  • Experience of partnering with senior leaders and managers, with an ability to communicate effectively, influence and make impact on business people plans
  • Think holistically and see the bigger picture and create an operational plan aligned to priorities
  • Knowledge of core HR concepts and how they connect (e.g, learning and development, compensation and incentive practices, performance management, UK employment law etc)
  • Able to propose solutions to problems in a structured and creative way, challenging the status quo
  • Commercially astute, with an ability to connect this to HR activity
  • Excellent presentation skills - able to present complex and detailed information in a visually clear and compelling way
