THE ROLEWe're looking for a Partner Success Specialist Fluent in German, to be a trusted advisor to Farfetch Boutique partners, addressing their needs, strategic goals, and operational targets. You will ensure that all operational/technical solutions are aligned with the Partner’s necessities, allowing the full potential of the partnership to be achieved. You will constantly look critically to the processes and solutions implemented and suggest improvements to guarantee an operational success with Farfetch. You will need to work with the other internal teams who influence the Partner lifecycle acting as the internal voice of the Partner and promoting a seamless partner experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Reporting to the Partner Success Team, you will develop relationships with the partner's decision makers and manage partner health at every stage of the lifecycle;
  • Monitor operational KPIs and act accordingly;
  • Anticipate business risks based on existing data and historical behaviors and implement corrective measures;
  • Lead the development of operational solutions based on partner requirements and support Retail Logistics with complex technical solutions;
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and design tailored plans to maximize partner's results, managing partner's adoption and closely monitoring progress;
  • Promote partner growth by relentlessly searching ways of operationally potentiate their business with Farfetch;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an effective delivery of partner services and identify opportunities for process improvement;
  • Deliver strong presentations supported by robust data and an exceptional storyline to effectively communicate specific deliverables and the course of action;
  • Focus on a specific portfolio of Partners according to Success Manager guidelines.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced in a B2B environment;
  • 3 years experience in success/account management environment (sales can also be considered);
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders;
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills;
  • Ability to identify technical improvement opportunities and anticipate the business and partner impacts of new rollouts;
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus;
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German (C level);
  • A professional with advanced Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Microsoft PowerPoint skills;
