THE ROLENew Guards Group is looking for a Packaging Design & Product Development Assistant to join our Beauty business unit and support the team in all related activities for the Beauty collections across the NGG brands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare graphic materials where required including but not limited to business presentations
• Create renders to be shared internally, with suppliers and external partners
• Ensure brand aesthetics and design standards
• Translate design direction into production-ready artwork files
• Work with suppliers to ensure that design details are carried through into production
• Support in all phases of product development from the early stage to final design
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate communication

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in product design or industrial design
• +2 years of working experience as a Product Designer/Packaging Development for beauty
• Excellent use and knowledge of Adobe Suite – particularly InDesign and photoshop
• Excellent use and knowledge of Rhino 3D
• Fluent in English written and spoken, this will be tested in the interview process
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Dynamic team player with the ability to adapt to a fast paced ever changing environment
