The Role:The Operations Support Specialist will work with the Operations Team to ensure smooth delivery processes and support daily business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting inventory operations and loss prevention best practices. They will maintain inventory records for all facilities in the Stadium Goods network, verify product information in our databases, and conduct investigations on missing inventory. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to meet goals of increased efficiency, profitability, and customer/consignor satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• You will Reconcile inventory audits, review variance reports, and correct discrepancies
• You will Assist with the management of inbound and outbound packages
• You will Provide support to the operations team in achieving business objectives.
• You will Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• You will Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• You will complete Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or other members of the leadership team.
• You will Keep a clean and safe working environment and improve space use

• You have Knowledge of sneaker market trends
• You are experienced with working in an environment focused on quality assurance
• You are process-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
• You have Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• You have the Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• You are Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WSM software
• You are a Team player , looking to lend a hand when needed
• You have the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs.)
