Bigli is the community of the Off White Style, Graphic, Marketing and Product teams and is inclusive and inspiring as per definition of the brand Off White.THE ROLEOff-White is looking for a Marketing e Ops Assistant, who will respond to the Marketing Director, to manage and coordinate the marketing and communication activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Undertaking daily tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing and communication department’s activities
  • Supporting marketing and communication executives in daily project management, planning, cross - department coordination, schedules and delivery timelines
  • Supporting marketing and communication executives in the budget planning, monitoring and process
  • Supporting marketing and communication executives on art buying, agreements with partners, brief and b&f with legal teams
  • Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives, execution and reporting

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or similar
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury fashion brand is a plus
  • Proven interest in the fashion luxury industry
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Precise with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of the modern-day consumer
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process
  • Organized, with the ability to work proactively on multiple projects simultaneously
