THE ROLE
Reebok Europe is hiring a Key Account Sales Representative (ItalianSpeaker) reporting to the Strategical Account Director, this role is responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts in Europe.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the assigned key accounts across all targeted categories.
  • Develop scalable account support models to deliver sustainable service levels to maintain and grow the business.
  • Ensure seasonal Go To Market readiness, delivering clear seasonal priorities across the account base and leveraging B2B sales tools to make it easy to do business with NGG.
  • Represent the assigned accounts internally as an ‘ambassador’ towards all functions and help manage all account interfaces.
  • Work on a regular basis on GTN management for the group of accounts, focusing not only on top level revenues, but more on all indicators to drive the best Net Revenues possible.
  • Measure progress across Retailers KPIs

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience working in a similar role within the sporting goods industry (preferable).
  • A strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset.
  • Experience working to Retail KPI’s and analysis sales performance.
  • Fluent in English and Italian;
