THE ROLEReporting to the RPA Lead, you will be responsible for our UiPath Cloud environment. From creating Processes, Triggers, and Queues, preparing virtual machines, monitoring process executions, and queue health. As a Junior RPA Controller, you will also be ao 1st line on Service Desk, making the triage of all incidents and change requests from the business while also resolving some of those issues. As a member of our team, it’s your responsibility to help us keep our house in place, ensuring that our operations are running properly and smoothly. Communication will also be a key aspect of the job since you will be in constant contact with the issue reporter to understand the problem and sell the solution.

WHAT YOU´LL DO

• Be responsible for creating Processes, Queues, Assets, and Triggers in UiPath Orchestrator
• Configuration and maintenance of our VM farm
• Monitorization of Process executions and queues health
• Act as 1st line for our Jira Service Desk
• Troubleshooting and resolution of some well-documented issues

WHO YOU ARE

• Very good interpersonal and communication skills – able to explain issues to IT as well as the business teams
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Proactive mindset, drive for continuous improvement
• Very good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Someone with UiPath Orchestrator foundations
• A great team player that is always willing to help out
